Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order anytime if it has not shipped. The best way to cancel your order is to call our toll-free number (1-866-794-8214) to ensure that we get your message before shipping your order. If you reach the answering service, please leave your name, phone number and order number, along with your message. Most orders ship within 24 business hours, and since we are located on the West Coast, it is common for orders placed early in the day to ship that same day.

Once an order has been shipped, you can return the item at your expense for a refund of the purchase cost of the item, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. You must call or write to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning any item. Please see our return policy for more details.
