Checkout STEP 1 - Existing Customer

Sign In

Once you have clicked the "Checkout" button you will be sent to the Order Details page. This page will gather all the necessary information for processing your order. As an existing customer you SHOULD NOT fill in the forms on this page before signing in. Locate the message at the top of the page that prompts existing customers to sign in and click the button to sign in. Once you have provided your correct email-address and password (forgot your password?) you will be returned to the Order Details page.

If you were already signed-in prior to the checkout process you will notice your personal information already entered in the shipping and billing fields.

Shipping & Billing Information

After successfully signing in you will notice that your personal billing and shipping information is filled in. Adjust this information as necessary for the order. Notice that you can access your address book from this page to change billing and shipping information that has been stored from previous orders. This makes it extremely easy for existing customers to check out.

Selecting a Shipping Method

Once your billing and shipping information has been entered you are ready to select a shipping method. To see real-time shipping rates click the "Check UPS® Rates" and/or "Check All Other Rates".

Selecting a Payment Method

After selecting the desired shipping method you can select from the available payment method. See Payment Methods we Accept

Special Instructions

If you have any special instructions for the order you will need to enter them in the box provided in this section.
