Damaged or defective items
If you received an item that has been damaged in shipping or it is defective, we will either replace or refund that item at no additional cost to you.
Errors
If we sent you the wrong item or wrong size, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item one time for exchange, but you must pay the shipping to return the item. Once the item has been received, we will send you the replacement at no additional charge to you.
Clearance Item
All clearance item sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
All sales are final after 30 days.
