Returning Online Purchases & Gifts
Before returning any item, you must contact Planet Icthus for
a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by either calling us at 1 208-968-2888 or sending us an email. We will issue returns/refunds based on the following situations:
Damaged or defective items
If you received an item that has been damaged in
shipping or it is defective, we will either replace or refund that item at no
additional cost to you.
Errors
If we sent you the wrong item or wrong size, we will replace or
refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item one time
for exchange, but you pay the shipping to return the item. Once the item
has been received, we will send you the replacement at no additional charge
to you.
Returns
If you received an item that you decide not to keep, we have a 15%
re-stocking fee on the purchase price of the item, if the item is returned
in "as-new" condition, in the original packaging. We will not accept
returned items that are not in re-sellable condition, where the packaging
(such as blister cards) has been opened and the item cannot be presented as
new and un-opened. We will not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Clearance Item
All clearance item sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
All sales are final after 30 days.
